Tromso

So after floating around the canals of Amsterdam, Alex and I headed for colder climes, as in there’s snow in the mountains and thermometers only need single figures and a minus sign.

And first thing next morning there was the 6 hour hike up the mountain from sealevel to 900 metres

Mind you, I think the descent was tougher than the climb

after that it’s feet up and a hot coffee for the rest of the day….

24 Hours in Amsterdam

Dear ~~Dairy~~ I mean Diary

After a mere 30 hours of air travel from New Zealand

We’re in Amsterdam ready for a full day of canals, canals and …er… canals

even at night

Still that’s not too bad than the many many miles of walking so as to get a different perspective

Here we have, to the right Anne Frank’s house and next to it a coffee and bagel shop.

And now off to Tromso
